Jurnal : SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN KARYAWAN BERPRESTASI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIEARARCHY PROCESS (Studi Kasus : PT.Capella Dinamik Nusantara Takengon)

Karyawan  merupakan  faktor  pendukung  dalam  sebuah  perusahaan,  karena  dengan  adanya  karyawan  yang memiliki standar kualifikasi perusahaan maka produktivitas perusahaan pasti tetap terjaga dan semakin meningkat. Untuk  memperoleh  informasi  yang  cepat  dan  akurat  prestasi  karyawan  yang  tepat  memenuhi  kriteria  yang diharapkan, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan berprestasi. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut, dengan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dengan memecahkan situasi kompleks dan tidak  terstruktur  kedalam  bagian-bagian  dan  menyusunnya  dalam  hierarki.  Dengan  menggunakan  metode Analytical  Hierarchy  Process  (AHP)  pada  Sistem  Pendukung  Keputusan  (SPK)  maka  penentuan  karyawan berprestasi dapat dihitung berdasarkan perhitungan dari bobot kriteria masing-masing, sehingga dapat memilih karyawan berprestasi di dalam perusahaan secara cepat.

The decision taken in the selection of scholarship recipients for students is one of the responsibilities held by the stakeholders at the high school leadership level. The decision-making stage consists of compliance with the terms or criteria set by the government as the scholarship provider. Implementation of decision support methods for selection of scholarship recipients is required. This can help the leadership to make the selection better. Many methods in decision  support  systems  can  solve  and  make  decisions  better,  including  preference  selection  index.  The  use  of preference selection index applied in the decision support system will result in a more effective decision.
